For a birthday, Christmas, an anniversary or a colleague — the voucher is for someone another object would not impress. It is valid for 12 months, so a Christmas gift can easily be used in spring. Giving to a couple? See a gift for two; looking for an idea for him? See gift for him. For a group, choose the quantity when ordering: everyone gets a separate voucher.
How it works
Four steps, and only the first one is yours to do.
You pick the value by tour
The value is the price of a chosen tour, but the voucher is not tied to it — the recipient picks the route themselves.
You pay
By card or bank transfer. With a card the voucher goes out immediately; with a transfer, as soon as we see the payment.
The voucher arrives by email
Within minutes, as a PDF you can print. It can come to you to hand over yourself, or go straight to the recipient with your message.
The recipient books
They choose a date and time and enter the code when booking. The date is not your problem — that is the whole point of a voucher.
The terms, without small print
Valid for 12 months
The period runs from the purchase date and is printed on the voucher itself. We send an email reminder before it expires.
For any tour
The voucher carries a value, not a specific route, and that value is deducted from the tour price. If the tour costs more, the difference is paid on top. If it costs less, the remainder is not paid out in cash — for it (from €0.50) we issue a new voucher for a future booking, valid until the same date. The new voucher is activated and emailed once the booking is paid and confirmed.

Cancelling a booking
A booking made with a gift voucher can be cancelled at least 48 hours before departure. If the payment for the booking is not completed, the voucher stays with the same code. If you cancel a paid booking within this period, we issue a new gift voucher with the same validity for the value the voucher covered and send it to the email address of the booking. The original code is cancelled. An unused voucher for the remainder is also cancelled, because its value is included in the new one. If the voucher for the remainder has already been used, contact us.
Voucher and discounts
A gift voucher is prepaid value and is deducted from the regular tour price. It cannot be combined with automatic discounts (weekday, group, last-minute, early booking), but it can be combined with the night offer.
Common questions
What if I do not know which tour to pick?
You do not need to. The voucher carries a value and works for every route — the recipient chooses when the time comes.
Can it be a last-minute surprise?
Yes. Paid by card, the voucher arrives by email within minutes — print it or show it from a phone.
The recipient has never ridden a bike.
That is the normal case here. The bikes are electric — no clutch, no gears — and there is a briefing before setting off. No licence needed. The minimum is 12 years and 150 cm, and the maximum weight is 120 kg; under 18 needs a signed parental declaration, and 12–15 ride accompanied.
Can I get a voucher for two, or for a group?
Yes — choose the quantity when ordering and you get that many separate vouchers. There are four bikes, so that is how many ride at once; for a larger group write to us and we will arrange the times.
How much does the extreme experience voucher cost?
The same as the tour you choose — from 51 to 159 € per person, depending on the route and duration. If the recipient picks a pricier tour, they pay the difference; if they pick a cheaper one, they get a new voucher for the remainder.
Can the tour or the date be changed?
The date is not fixed: the recipient books a free slot themselves within 12 months. Nor is the tour — the voucher works for every route. A booking already made can be cancelled at least 48 hours before departure; we then issue a new voucher with the same validity for the voucher value.
