TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between "Extreme Cross" EOOD, UIC 207559485, registered seat and address: 39 Dabnika, entr. G, fl. 3, ap. 83, Vratsa, Bulgaria, represented by Lyuben Lachezarov Dzhiganski (hereinafter "the Organiser"), and participants in its electric motorbike tours.

1. The Service

The Organiser provides guided off-road tours on SUR-RON electric motorbikes in the Vratsa Balkan area. Tours include: use of a motorbike, helmet and protective gear, safety briefing, and a tour guide.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon successful online payment via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and include all listed services. The Organiser reserves the right to update prices at any time without affecting already confirmed bookings. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe; bank transfer is available on request.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• At least 48 hours before the tour (including exactly 48 hours): full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.
• If cancelled by the Organiser (bad weather, force majeure): full refund or date transfer.
• Bad weather forecast: if the forecast is unfavourable on the day of the tour, we reschedule to another available date free of charge.
• In case of proven illness (with a medical document): transfer to another available date where possible.
• Groups of more than 4 participants (on enquiry): confirmed with a deposit via a payment link we send; the balance is paid on-site on the day of the tour.
• Deposit: in case of no-show or cancellation under 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable (kept as compensation for the reserved slot and equipment); for cancellations over 48 hours it is refunded or transferred to another date.

4. Participant Requirements

• Minimum age: 12 years, height 150cm+ and maximum weight 120 kg (under 18 — with an accompanying adult / parental signature).
• Good physical and mental health.
• No alcohol, drugs or reaction-impairing medication.
• Informed Consent Declaration: it is completed and signed on paper on site, before the tour — every participant signs their own declaration, whatever the payment method; for a participant under 18 it is signed by a parent or legal guardian. A participant without a signed declaration does not start the tour. The checkbox in the booking form is acceptance of these Terms and does not replace the declaration.

5. Rules During the Tour

Participants must follow the guide's instructions, wear protective gear at all times, and ride within the designated route. Jumps, dangerous manoeuvres, and riding under the influence are strictly prohibited. The guide may terminate the participation of anyone who violates the rules.

6. Liability

The Organiser takes due care for participant safety but is not liable for incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or accepted personal risks. Participants bear full financial responsibility for damage to equipment caused by their own fault.

7. Insurance

The Organiser does not provide Accident insurance. Participants are advised to obtain personal travel/accident insurance before the tour.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) solely for the purposes of booking and communication. Data is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an out-of-court resolution. Competent court — Vratsa District Court.

10. Experience Guarantee

The Organiser offers an Experience Guarantee: if, after the tour, a participant considers that the experience did not meet their expectations, the amount paid is refunded on the spot, on the day of the tour, with no questions asked. The guarantee must be claimed with the guide before leaving the tour location and covers the price of the tour itself; additional services and costs (add-ons) are not refunded. This guarantee does not replace or limit the rights under section 3 "Cancellation and Refunds".

11. Gift Vouchers — Value, Remainder and Right of Withdrawal

The buyer of a gift voucher may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not been used for a booking. Withdrawal is requested by email to info@vratsaadventures.bg, quoting the voucher code. The amount is refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of the request. A voucher that has been used in full or in part cannot be withdrawn.

Value and remainder. A gift voucher is prepaid value. When booking, it is deducted from the tour price; extras are paid separately. If the tour price is higher, the difference is paid on top. If it is lower, the unused remainder (the difference between the voucher value and the amount it covered) is not refunded in cash: for a remainder of at least €0.50, a new voucher is issued for a future booking, valid until the same date as the original voucher. The new voucher is activated and sent by email once the current booking has been successfully paid and confirmed. Each voucher can be used for one booking.

Combining with discounts. A gift voucher is prepaid value and is deducted from the regular tour price. It cannot be combined with automatic discounts (weekday, group, last-minute and early-booking discounts), but it can be combined with the night offer, in which case it is deducted from the price after the offer. The night offer replaces promo codes and automatic discounts; a promo code entered in that case is not used up.

Cancellation or unpaid booking. If the payment for a booking made with a gift voucher is not completed, the voucher is returned with the same code, and the voucher for the remainder, if one was issued, is cancelled. If the customer cancels a paid booking at least 48 hours before the tour (section 3), the amount paid by card is refunded using the original payment method. For the value covered by the gift voucher, a new gift voucher with the same validity is issued and sent to the email address of the booking. The original code is cancelled. An unused voucher for the remainder is also cancelled, because its value is included in the new voucher. If the voucher for the remainder has already been used, the case is handled individually.

Promotional codes. Promotional and discount codes are not prepaid value. They give a discount on one booking; any unused part is not carried over and no new voucher is issued for it.
