TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between "Extreme Cross" Ltd., UIC 207559485, registered seat and address: 39 Dabnika, entr. G, fl. 3, ap. 83, Vratsa, Bulgaria, represented by Lyuben Lachezarov Dzhiganski (hereinafter "the Organiser"), and participants in its electric motorbike tours.

1. The Service

The Organiser provides guided off-road tours on SUR-RON electric motorbikes in the Vratsa Balkan area. Tours include: use of a motorbike, helmet and protective gear, safety briefing, and a tour guide.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon successful online payment via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and include all listed services. The Organiser reserves the right to update prices at any time without affecting already confirmed bookings. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe; bank transfer is available on request.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.
• If cancelled by the Organiser (bad weather, force majeure): full refund or date transfer.
• In case of proven illness (with a medical document): transfer to another available date where possible.

4. Participant Requirements

• Minimum age: 12 years and height 150cm+ (under 18 — with an accompanying adult / parental signature).
• Good physical and mental health.
• No alcohol, drugs or reaction-impairing medication.
• Mandatory signing of the Informed Consent Declaration before the tour.

5. Rules During the Tour

Participants must follow the guide's instructions, wear protective gear at all times, and ride within the designated route. Jumps, dangerous manoeuvres, and riding under the influence are strictly prohibited. The guide may terminate the participation of anyone who violates the rules.

6. Liability

The Organiser takes due care for participant safety but is not liable for incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or accepted personal risks. Participants bear full financial responsibility for damage to equipment caused by their own fault.

7. Insurance

The Organiser does not provide Accident insurance. Participants are advised to obtain personal travel/accident insurance before the tour.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) solely for the purposes of booking and communication. Data is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an out-of-court resolution. Competent court — Vratsa District Court.
