How it works

You pick the amount
The amount is suggested per tour, but the voucher is not tied to it — the recipient picks the route themselves.
You pay
By card or bank transfer. With a card the voucher goes out immediately; with a transfer, as soon as we see the payment.
The voucher arrives by email
Within minutes, as a PDF you can print. It can come to you to hand over yourself, or go straight to the recipient with your message.
The recipient books
They choose a date and time and enter the code when booking. The date is not your problem — that is the whole point of a voucher.
The terms, without small print
Valid for 12 months
The period runs from the purchase date and is printed on the voucher itself. We send an email reminder before it expires.
For any tour
The voucher carries a value, not a specific route. If the chosen tour costs more, the difference is paid on top; if it costs less, the remainder is not refunded.
Transferable
If the recipient cannot come, the voucher can pass to someone else — just call us first.
Cancelling a booking
A slot booked with a voucher can be moved or cancelled up to 48 hours before departure. The voucher is not lost — it goes back for a new date within its period.

What if I do not know which tour to pick?
You do not need to. The voucher carries a value and works for every route — the recipient chooses when the time comes.
Can it be a last-minute surprise?
Yes. Paid by card, the voucher arrives by email within minutes — print it or show it from a phone.
The recipient has never ridden a bike.
That is the normal case here. The bikes are electric — no clutch, no gears — and there is a briefing before setting off. No licence needed. The minimum is 12 years and 150 cm; under 18 needs a signed parental declaration, and 12–15 ride accompanied.
Can I get a voucher for two, or for a group?
Yes — choose the quantity when ordering and you get that many separate vouchers. There are four bikes, so that is how many ride at once; for a larger group write to us and we will arrange the times.
