Everyone who's interested in the tour asks this question. The honest answer: there are risks, but they are manageable. Here's how we approach safety.
The Real Risks
Off-road riding in the mountains carries risks - uneven terrain, slopes, slippery sections in wet weather. We can't say it's impossible to fall. We can say we do everything necessary to keep the risk minimal.
What We Do to Keep You Safe
- Full protective gear: helmet, knee pads and elbow pads are mandatory for every rider
- Pre-tour briefing: every client receives training before setting off
- Guide with the group: an experienced guide is with you from start to finish
- Your pace: we never rush, we never push anyone beyond their comfort zone
- Routes matched to skill level: beginners ride easier trails
- We cancel in bad weather: we don't go out in dangerous conditions
The Numbers Speak
47 completed tours, all five-star reviews on Google. Not a single serious incident. This isn't luck - it's the result of rules we follow on every single tour without exception.
When We DON'T Go Out
- During heavy rain or thunderstorms
- When visibility is below a safe minimum
- If a client is under the influence of alcohol or medication
If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather - we offer free rescheduling.
